PERSONAL
Suzanne Coddington in her first year of real estate won the Vane Mingle Rookie of the Year for 2006. This prestigious crown is awarded to one realtor every year for top sales production, community involvement and outstanding commitment to the Charlotte Area Realtor Association. Suzanne grew up in Charlotte and has a passion for this city and the many things it has to offer. Suzanne started her career as a teacher and rose through the ranks to vice principal of Chesterbrook Academy before becoming a realtor. Her children were all educated in the south east and have degrees from, Auburn, Meredith and Virginia Tech. Suzanne and her husband have one dog at home and enjoy sports of all kinds especially golf and college football. She also makes a five mile walk a part of her daily routine. Suzanne has an unquenchable desire to guide and counsel families through every detail in the search for their perfect community.
